When you close your account, we stop processing new transactions. Your data stays encrypted on our servers for 90 days in case you want to reopen. After 90 days, personal details (name, email, phone) are deleted. Transaction records are kept for seven years for tax and dispute purposes, depends on local law.

Yes. Log in, go to Settings → Privacy, and select Export Data. We compile your account history, transaction log, and personal details into a file and email it to you within 24 hours. You can use this for records or transfer to another platform.

We use your email to send withdrawal confirmations, security alerts and account updates. We use your phone for two-factor authentication and urgent security notices. We never sell these to marketers. You can disable marketing emails in Settings → Notifications, but security emails cannot be turned off.

Your payment details never reach our servers in plain text. When you deposit, the payment gateway tokenises your credential and sends us only a reference code. We store that token, not your actual card or account number. Neither we nor game studios can see your real payment details.
